Digital Memory photography package
For weddings, engagements, honeymoons and family portraits
Would you rather have your images delivered in a CD right after your wedding or portrait session? Would you like to print at your own lab? Do you value speed and convenience? Then this is the right package for the digital couple.
The Digital Memory package includes:
- NEW! Fashion beauty workflow. For a limited time, reserve now and all your high-resolution images will be post-processed with this workflow and uploaded to your private gallery, where you can order prints or digital downloads of only those images you like. Free of charge!. Consider this: regular touch-up services charge $20usd per image with up to 3 faces or $60usd for full body retouching, or up to $180 per image with 4 faces or 2 bodies to retouch. So, in a 2-hour wedding or honeymoon or family portrait session with an average of 200 images, this would mean savings of at least $4,000 usd!. This is a 34-step, very time consuming workflow, and cannot be offered for immediate delivery under the Digital Memory Package. However, you will get your CD with the regular, nonetheless beautiful images, and about 7 business days later, all your images will be on your private online gallery, processed with the Fashion workflow; free of charge for a limited time and with no obligation to buy. - The Fashion workflow above is in addition to the immediate delivery of all your images on a CD, processed with the regular, high-quality workflow, as explained below for the Digital Memory Package.
- CD or Data DVD with all color digital images taken during the wedding or portrait session at native print resolution of 8"x12", 300dpi, JPG quality 100, sRGB color profile. Royalty free.
- CD delivered a couple of hours after the event or the morning after, depending on event duration and finishing time. Or, the CD can be shipped to your address at no extra charge.
- Original images captured in RAW format for the highest image quality and then converted to JPG.
- A permanent, private, password protected and customizable online web gallery within my homepage address, to share with family and friends the images from your event.
- An online gallery proofing for three months, where you, your family and guests can order prints and other products, via the internet and pay with a credit card.
- No additional travel fees to Cancun, the Mayan Riviera, and within the Yucatan peninsula. Not included Cozumel nor Isla Mujeres.
Do not includes:
- The entrance cost to parks or similar locations.
- The cost of a Day Pass or Half-Day Pass some resorts charge, not all, to allow an external photographer to enter their premises.

Althought you can print directly from your delivered CD, you can still order prints on professional paper, as well as other products. Images are made available online, where you can order printed products and pay with your credit card. Please note there is no obligation to buy prints when selecting the Digital Memory Package, as you can print directly from your CD and use the images as you wish, royalty free.

Package services include:
- Photography coverage of your event.
- Photojournalistic and candid shoots.
- Group photography.
- If required, Head-shot photography with studio quality lighting, for Directories and other publications.
- All images delivered on CD or Data DVD, at high resolution 8"x12" size, 300dpi, sRGB color space, JPG at 100% quality. Royalty free.
- CD delivered a few hours after the event, or the day after, depending on end time of the event.
- Original capture in RAW format, to attain the highest quality before converting to JPG.
- No additional travel fees to Cancun, the Mayan Riviera, and within the Yucatan peninsula. Not included Cozumel nor Isla Mujeres.

Frequently asked questions
How many images can I expect?
Not a hard number because it depends on several factors, but you can expect an average of 100 images per hour.
Do you impose a limit on the quantity of images taken?
No, I do not impose a limit on the quantity of images made. I will make as many images as you want, as I see them happen, and as I make them happen.
What is the difference between Gloss, Matte and Lustre finish?
Gloss paper has high color saturation but can show glare depending on the angle of light and/or point of view. Matte paper has resistance to fingerprints, shows no glare, but it's a less contrast print. Lustre paper has the best of both worlds, fingerprint resistance and color saturation without glare.
Why do I need to crop the image for certain print sizes or products?
The aspect ratio of 35mm film cameras and professional digital cameras is 1.5, which means that a 4"x6" print or an 8"x12" will fit the whole image perfectly. However, a 5"x7" print or an 8"x10 print, with different aspect ratios, will need to crop on the long side. This will be notified to you during the buying process and you will have the option to select what to crop, if required. The cropping tool is automated and used online on your gallery pictures.
What are the shipping rates for prints and products? Do you ship internationally?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout. Orders can take 1-2 business days to process and ship.
For Domestic (USA) shipping, services include Economy, Express, Second Business Day, and Next Business Day, with prices, in $usd, starting at $2.95, $4.95, $9.95, and $16.95 respectively.
Economy shipping is USPS 1st class mail and is not trackable; can take 3-14 business days. Express shipping is USPS Priority mail or FedEx 3day, trackable. Typically takes around 3 business days. Second Business day and Next Business day shipping are FedEx, trackable.
For international shipping, outside the USA, rates depend on country of destination. Using the Domestic rates as a base, the next table shows the approximate cost multiplier. A final shipping rate will be given during checkout.

What credit cards do you accept?
For prints and products ordered online:
The checkout process accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. This process is handled automatically and secure. I, the photographer, do not have access to your credit card information nor billing nor shipping addresses.
For paying the photographer's fees:
I use Paypal secure online payment. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, your Bank account, and you can also pay with your Paypal Funds. As above, I do not have access to your credit card nor to your bank account information.
